Return Policy

United International sanctions return of products for 3 days from delivery in all the following circumstances:

  • Product is used/worn condition or altered
  • Any kind of Physical damage to the package/Box or to the product
  • If sealed box of any branded products is open
  • The box was empty / some item or accessory was missing
  • If the product was defective,
  • Expressively different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)

 Apart from the above, United International still allows returns for up to 15 days for delivery in the following cases:

  • The product was defective,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
  • You changed your mind due to any other reason

After the initial period though, the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made if product is available on website

Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 days have passed please email us at info@unitedint.ae to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.


Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive the refund within 5 working days.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
